Order Cancellation

Cancelling Unshipped Orders
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us via support@waxcrafts.shop and include your order number for the fastest resolution.

Cancelling Shipped Orders
If your parcel has already been shipped, please contact us and refuse delivery when it arrives. We will issue a refund after deducting shipping costs once the parcel is returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid returns due to address errors.

Return and Exchange Policy

Not Satisfied with Your Order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in like-new condition with no visible wear. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error.

Please contact customer service to obtain the correct return address for your item.

Shipping Costs Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our operations (e.g., transportation damage), Waxcrafts LLC will cover round-trip shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer-related factors (e.g., wrong address, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

No restocking fees will be charged for returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items or Low-Quality Products

If your product is defective or damaged, please email support@waxcrafts.shop with a clear photo of the item showing the issue. Photos on a flat surface with tags visible are preferred.

We will send a replacement as soon as the issue is confirmed—no need to return the defective item. These photos also help us prevent similar issues in the future.

Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents

  • Improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color or material changes due to sun exposure

  • After-market modifications

  • Water damage

Refund Policy

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is completely non-functional.

  • The product was not received within 30 business days of placing the order.

  • The product was damaged during transportation or due to unexpected circumstances.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
