Pay With Credit/Debit Card

When you pay with a credit or debit card, you need the following information:

• The name printed on the card

• The card number

• The expiration month and year

• The 3-digit or 4-digit security code (CVV/CVC)

• The billing address for the credit card

We accept major credit and debit cards listed at checkout.

Please note that Waxcrafts does not save your credit/debit card number or any personal payment information entered into the payment fields. For questions regarding charges on your card, please contact the bank that issued your credit/debit card.

Coupon Code and Bonus Points

You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order during checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code or points, click “Apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total.

Important notes:

• Enter the coupon code exactly as received, without spaces.

• Only one coupon code may be applied per order.

• Coupons cannot be combined and are subject to specific offer terms.

• Some items may be excluded from coupon discounts.

Sales & Use Tax

What is Sales & Use Tax?
Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) may be charged by applicable U.S. states. We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in those states. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

How is Sales Tax calculated?
Sales Tax is calculated on the net merchandise value after discounts. In some states, tax may also apply to shipping and delivery fees. The exact amount of Sales Tax will be shown at checkout.

Is Sales Tax refundable?
Yes. In case of returns or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded.
